Customer Business Development– Ontario Territory

As a G2Bpro Ambassador, your main role will be to maintain current customer relationships and find new business opportunities.

In this hybrid role, you will grow sales within your assigned territory to meet company goals.

Representation (On the Road/Ontario)

  • Visit customers in person across Ontario 
  • Build strong relationships to grow sales
  • Train customers on products and digital tools 
  • Plan your schedule to meet business goals

Business Development 
(By Phone/Canada)​

  • Qualify and grow new TVH accounts by targeting high-potential customers 
  • Reengage inactive accounts and promote new G2Bpro products and ongoing offers.
  • Follow up carefully after site visits to answer specific needs and close the sale
  • Guide new customers through the web platform to ensure their first order is a success

Administration and Collaboration

  • Keep the CRM updated and write activity reports after each customer interaction
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals based on customers requirements
  • Share strategic field insights and market trends to keep the team well-informed
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conventions, and industry events

What to expect: 

  • Field Visits: You will spend about 50% of your time traveling across Ontario to meet your customers, with some overnight stays required to cover the territory
  • Working from home: You handle your phone follow-ups and admin duties with full autonomy from your home office
  • Hybrid work: Based in Ontario, you enjoy a balance between customer visits and office work to optimize your days  
  • Team collaboration: Stay connected with your colleagues through virtual meetings and occasional in-person meetings at our Quebec offices 


 What we are looking for: 

  • Experience and Expertise: Post-secondary degree and 2 to 3 years of sales experience (knowledge of agricultural machinery is an asset)
  • Profile and Values: An independent, honest, and proactive person with a strong focus on customer service
  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English (functional French is an asset)
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in office tools (Office/Google Workspace) and comfortable using CRM and ERP systems
  • Organization and Mobility: Strong organizational skills, effective priority management, and a valid driver’s license
  • Location and Residency: Strategically based in Ontario to cover the territory, occasional visits to the head office (QC), and legal authorization to work in Canada



Total Compensation

Base Salary 

Commissions and annual bonus

Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to optimize your time on the road
