Are your parts guaranteed?
New parts are sold guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The parts must have been installed and used as intended by the manufacturer.
Where are your parts come from?
We work with several suppliers located in Europe and the United States. In all cases, we make sure to partner with suppliers that offer durable, high-quality, and high-performance parts.
What are the average delivery times?
Unless otherwise noted and under suitable weather conditions, the TVH parts are delivered within an average time frame of 3 to 5 business days.
G2Bpro parts in stock at Ste-Cecile-de-Milton are delivered within 2 to 3 days.
How can I become a G2Bpro customer?
To become a G2Bpr customer:
- Your primary business is an independant repair shop, or
- Your primary business is a mobile repair service, or
- Your primary business is a retail of agricultural parts and/or equipment.
You cannot open an account with us if you are the end customer of the parts you intend to purchase, i-e.:
- You own a farm, no matter how large or small.
- You own a construction, snow removal, landscaping or any other type of business that sells a service for which you may need parts.
- You are a private individual.
