- Place a single order on the site: the system automatically allocates the origin of the parts based on available stock.
- Quebec inventory : Identified in GREEN
- Belgium inventory : Identified in BLEU
- Each shipment per warehouse generates its own invoice
- Parts coming from Belgium are shipped directly to you

Standard
TVH part orders shipped by ground or air freight
- 32kg max from Quebec / 50kg max from Belgium
- Quebec courier shipping (Puro, GLS, etc.)
- Air freight from Belgium via FedEx/DHL
- Delivery times: Quebec standard delivery times / Belgium 3 - 5 days
- Flat rate of $38/day for all orders placed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (ET)
Orders
Oversized
TVH part orders with oversized/overweight dimensions.
- Example: glass, seats, etc.
- From Quebec: truck freight
- From Belgium: shipped by container (boat order)
- Delivery times: Quebec standard delay / Belgium subject to container order schedule
- Freight fees from Quebec: based on the carrier offering the best rate. Belgium Rate: Free (up to the Ste-Cécile-de-Milton warehouse)

Orders placed with suppliers other than TVH.
- Quebec courier shipping (Puro, GLS, etc.)
- Delivery times: Variable depending on part origin and supplier availability
- Freight fee from Quebec: based on the carrier offering the best rate.
- Freight charges from the supplier to our warehouse are always included in the part price.
Free freight program / standard orders
- Free shipping on regular TVH orders of $750 or more.
- Applies to the total combined TVH orders submitted between 8 AM and 5 PM (ET), regardless of the warehouse origin of the parts.
- Program in effect at all times.

- Free door-to-door shipping on regular orders of $10,000 or more.a
