Easily track your orders

G2Bpro orders

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, two documents are sent to you by email: the invoice and the packing slip. 

Both are sent to the email address registered to your account. Would you like the packing slip to be sent to a different email address? Simply notify us, and we will update your preferences for future shipments.

The carrier's tracking number is indicated on the packing slip. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to check the delivery date of your order. 

TVH orders 

You can find the tracking number for your TVH orders on the agri.shop.tvh.com portal. 

Simply click the arrow to the right of your account name to display the menu. Select "Orders" to access  your order history. 

You will find the tracking number for your orders (FedEx or DHL) by clicking 'Track & Trace' on the line corresponding to the order you wish to locate.
